In yoga, the word Shakti means “power” and “divine feminine”, usually in reference to energy. Shakti empowers us to be luminous, radiant, creative, and in-flow with the universe.
My classes are inspired by the creativity and self-expression concepts of Shakti.
I’ m happy to offer individual or group classes on line from the comfort of your home, or live sessions in Berlin.
Private live lessons can also be done at your place.
I give Yoga, Pilates or workout sessions and I can create customized fitness plan designed on your specific needs or goal.
I can take the Classes in three different languages: German, Italian and English. All-levels are welcome!

Musik als universelle Sprache begleitet den gesamten Unterrichtsablauf und fördert die tiefe Konzentration und das Wiedererlangen innerer Kraft. Während des Unterrichts erklärt Giusy ständig jede Übung perfekt und vergisst nicht, jeder einzelnen beim Gebrauch der Atmung zu folgen. Jede Übung wird von einer Erklärung begleitet, wie und wann zu atmen ist.
