In yoga, the word Shakti means “power” and “divine feminine”, usually in reference to energy. Shakti empowers us to be luminous, radiant, creative, and in-flow with the universe.

My classes are inspired by the creativity and self-expression concepts of Shakti.

I’ m happy to offer individual or group classes on line from the comfort of your home, or live sessions in Berlin. 

Private live lessons can also be done at your place.
I give Yoga, Pilates or workout sessions and I can create customized fitness plan designed on your specific needs or goal.

I can take the Classes in three different languages: German, Italian and English. All-levels are welcome!

VINYASA YOGA

ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a strict style that follows the same yoga poses each time you practice. The poses are performed sequentially one after the other in a constant flow that is connected to the breath. The Primary series helps to build strength, flexibility and endurance.

MEDITATION & PRANAYAMA

If your goal is to live a happier life, quieting your mind plays a significant role. Meditation and Pranayama can help you learn to stay centered and keep inner peace as it increases oxygen supply in the body.

TOTAL BODY WORKOUT

Get ready to work every single muscle in your body. The Class is a combination of cardio and full body toning. You'll shed unwanted fat, build lean, toned muscles and get in the best shape of your life. You'll definitely work up a sweat.

LEGS, BOOTY & ABS WORKOUT

Enjoy three-in-one toning exercises for your legs, glutes and abs. With this Cardio Aerobic and strenght combination, lean legs, ripped abs and super-toned glutes are not far away. Get amazing results with this workout! Let's have a fun and sweat

HATHA YOGA

Hatha yoga focuses on posture and breathing techniques. This class is designed to strengthen, stretch your entire body, boost your energy and wellbeing through the practice of the "Asanas".

STRETCHING & RELAX

If you're looking to increase your overall flexibility, this class is designed to stretch and relax your entire body. Leave each session feeling calm, and release muscle tension.

PILATES MAT WORK

Pilates classes focused on core strength, controlled breathing and concentration. You'll improve your posture, sculpt your body and get toned.

STRONG & HEALTHY BACK

This Class develop better posture, strengthens your entire back and shoulder muscles, plus provides you with phenomenal core training. You'll soon be on your way to stabilize and support your lumbar spine and prevent lower back pain.

CORE & ABS

The benefits of core training go beyond six-pack abs. Sculpt your abs, improve your posture and reduce low back pain with this specific workout. You'll sculpt your abs, torch that fat and leave each workout feeling successful. Get sweaty and fit.
